FISHING RULES
on the reservoir located near the village of Podgornaya of the Shashkovsky Village Council rented by Rudmyanskoe Farming LLC.
Lease agreement number 1 of 06/08/2021
rental period until 19/09/2031.
Water area - 32.7 hectares
Security zone around the reservoir - 50 m
1. Catch of fish on a reservoir is carried out in the summer, in a specially designated place, according to the following schedule:
- Monday - Thursday (except for holidays and non-working days) from 7.00 to 20.00
- Friday - Sunday - from 5.00 o'clock to 21.00 o'clock for persons who have entered into a contract for renting a dwelling house for short-term accommodation with Rudmyanskoe Farming LLC, located on Tsentralnaya Street, 4 in the village of Brinichevo, Shashkovsky s / s, Stolbtsy District, Minsk Region or the contract of hire of the Fisherman's House, located on Central Street, 25A, in the village Podgornaya, Stolbtsovsky district.
2. The catch of fish is carried out by citizens on the basis of the acquired ticket-pass. The organization does not allow minors under the age of 14 to catch fish and allows them to be on the shore of the reservoir only when accompanied by persons who have purchased a pass pass.
3. The cost of a coupon pass is 50 (fifty) Belarusian rubles.
Citizens registered in the village of Podgornaya and d.Starin implement a coupon pass with a 50% discount. Confirmation of a citizen's registration in the village of Podgornaya and Starina is the presentation of a passport with the appropriate mark.
Services provided by pass-pass - use of a bench, table, toilet, changing room, and also include caught fish up to 4 kg.
Refunds for the purchased ticket-pass is not made.
4. Only persons holding a pass certificate are allowed to fish.
5. Fishing is carried out only from the shore or from a fishing bridge within the territory set aside for fishing.
6. Fishing gear: - Fishing rod with one hook in the amount of 2 pcs. or one spinning and one fishing pole with one hook. All other types and gear are prohibited. The fisherman is obliged to present tackle for inspection to an employee of Rudmyan's Farm LLC
7. The cost of caught fish over 4 kg. is 10 rubles per kilogram, regardless of the type of fish caught and is charged separately.
8. Caught fish are not allowed to be released into the pond. However, in the case of an individual catch over 4kg. the fisherman is obliged to immediately release it into the pond. In case of non-fulfillment of this requirement, the individual is over 4 kg. paid at 20 rubles per kilogram.
9. The pass must be kept until the end of fishing and presented at the request of the employee of Rudmyanskoe Farm LLC.
10. At the end of fishing, the entire catch must be provided for inspection and weighing, make the final calculation, get a mark in the pass-pass (the signature of the employee of Rudmyanskoe Farm LLC).
Vacationers are obliged to present their catch and pass-pass upon the first request of employees serving the reservoir.
(During the day, the staff of Rudmyan Farm LLC can repeatedly refer to the campers for the control weighing of the catch. We ask you to treat this with understanding)
11. Leaving / leaving the pond is made after the presentation of the pass pass, noted by the employee of Rudmyanskoe Farming LLC. The employee has the right to check the personal belongings of the fisherman, the belongings of the accompanying persons, and also to inspect vehicles.
12. Parking of motor vehicles of fishermen is carried out in the place indicated by the employee of Rudmyanskoe Farming LLC.
13. LLC "Rudmyan farm" reserves the right to refuse to purchase a pass / pass without giving reasons.
STRONGLY PROHIBITED
- unauthorized rest;
- breeding fires outside the places specified by Rudmyan Farm LLC;
- car wash and moto transport;
- landfill, littering of the territory, the passage of products of the petroleum and chemical industry;
- cutting down of trees and bushes;
- the use of pyrotechnics, devices that create light and noise effects.
RESPONSIBILITY OF FISHERS AND ACCOMPANYING PERSONS
For violation of these rules of fishing - a fine of 400 rubles
Extraction of fish or other aquatic animals without the proper permission is punishable by a fine in the amount of 10 to 50 basic units with confiscation of instruments for the extraction of fish or other aquatic animals (Part 1 of Art. 15.35 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Belarus)
Illegal extraction of fish or other aquatic animals without proper permission, committed for 1 year after the imposition of an administrative penalty, - is punished with a fine or correctional labor for up to 2 years, or arrest for up to six months (Article 281 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus)
Intentional destruction or damage to property that caused damage in an insignificant amount, if these actions do not constitute a crime, will entail the imposition of a fine of up to 50 basic values (Article 10.9 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Belarus)
Deliberate destruction of or damage to property resulting in damage on a large scale - shall be punished with restriction of freedom for a period of 5 to 5 years or imprisonment for a term of 3 to 10 years (Article 218 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus)
